Recipe
- Vanilla Muffin NW Premix – 1000 gms

Water – 450 gmm

Oil – 400 gms
Procedure

Place Vanilla Muffin NW Premix and water in a planetary mixer.

Mix for 2 minutes on slow speed followed by 2 minutes on fast speed

Add oil & mix for 2 minutes on medium speed.

Bake for 25-30 minutes at 160-170°C.
