Recipe
- Vanilla Muffin NS Premix – 1000 gms
- Water – 450 gms
- Oil – 400 gms
Procedure
- Place Vanilla Muffin NS Premix and water in a planetary mixer.
- Mix for 2 minutes on slow speed followed by 2 minutes on fast speed
- Add oil & mix for 2 minutes on medium speed.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes at 160-170°C.
