Choco Muffin NS Premix – 1000gms

Water – 450 gms

Oil – 400 gms
Procedure:
- Place Choco Muffin NS Premix and water in a planetary mixer.
- Mix for 2 minutes on slow speed followed by 2 minutes fast speed.
- Add oil & mix on slow speed for 2 minute.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes at 160-170◦C.
