Recipe
- NS Brownie Premix -1000 gms
- Oil – 300 gms
- Water – 400 gms
Procedure: –
- Place Diet Gooey Brownie NS Premix, Water & Oil in a planetary mixer.
- Mix on slow speed for 2 min followed by 2 min on medium speed.
- Scale the batter in well greased mould and bake for 35-40 minutes at 160-170°C.
